Experience:

Crysta has experience working with trauma, anxiety, life stressors, depression, family conflict, grief and loss, LGBTQ, anger management, and addiction.

Crysta utilizes Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness, and Person-Centered, Collaborative therapy techniques.

Education:

  • She earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology at the University of Tennessee at Martin

  • She earned her Graduate degree in Community Counseling at the University of North Alabama.

Hours/Fees/Location:

  • In Network with Cigna, BC/BS, Aetna

  • M-F, 9-5 with some late evening availability

  • $125 Self Pay per session
