FOOD/BODY/SOUL GROUP, Tuesdays 11-1:  These groups are designed to teach relaxation, promote movement and help clients become mindful of their body and appetite.  Mindful eating techniques are taught as a natural way to manage weight and emotional overeating.  Wear comfortable clothes to this group and a healthy, delicious meal is included. This group includes a 50 minute yoga class taught by Arline Jernigan and after we have a mindful meal based on the tradition of Thich Nhat Hahn.  Limited to 8 people.  $45 per session.  To register complete appointment form online at
