Crysta works with children over 12, adolescents and adults to help them reduce conflict and stress in their life. Crysta is down to earth and has a soothing calm voice. She is trained in techniques to help you resolve trauma, and create new habits in your life that work better for you, and connect with others.


Crysta works with clients from age 12 and up for various mental health concerns. Crysta has experience working with trauma, anxiety, life stressors, depression, family conflict, grief and loss, LGBTQ, anger management, and addiction.

Crysta utilizes Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness, and Person-Centered, Collaborative Therapy Techniques.
