Counselor, Vanessa Davis, LPC-MHSP
Asking for help from someone new is an act of vulnerability and can be difficult. Vanessa seeks to help that process run as smoothly as possible by moving at a comfortable pace for you in a judgement-free space. Through collaboration she will help you identify your goals and empower you to become your true self — whether you are battling depression, anxiety, relationship issues, grief, low self-esteem, life transitions, etc.
Since therapy isn't one-size-fits-all, sessions will look different for each client depending on what approach you and Vanessa decide is your best fit. Sessions can be you individually, with a family member, or as a part of a group. With Vanessa, clients have the option to experience music therapy, art in therapy, as well as other expressive arts.
Vanessa has worked as a licensed therapist for 4 years, as a certified music therapist in the mental health field for 14 years, and enjoys working with teens, young adults, and adults.
