Q: Why should I see a life coach or business consultant?

A: From inspiring, challenging, and holding those accountable who desire to operate on a higher a more successful level in life. Investing in Life Coaching sessions will be profitable to success in areas such as: professional, personal, spiritual, and financial. Your specific needs/ desires will be accessed and a Plan For Action (PFA) will be put in place to support you in reaching those goals.

Q: Why did you choose to be a life coach?

A: I became a life coach after I saw the results I achieved in my personal life from investing in a life coach. Truthfully, I wasn’t a fan of the title “life coach” because I felt that no one lives a perfect life, nor can master life,

and the word alone was a bit intimidating. Once fully hiring my own personal life coach I began to understand how the majority of my challenges were a reflection of the people around me. To have a service that grants the level of support, encouragement, and accountability can truly be a game changer. Sometimes all we need is a push, positive partnerships, and support.

Q: In your opinion, what are the qualities of a great life coach?

A: Qualities of a great Life Coach consists of a Coach that is able to listen. Someone that has a deep level of

transparency and open mind. Also, a person that is willing to learn the client and access their needs and be gifted to see the clients deeper potential and be willing and confident to challenge and push them to that next level of greatness and peace.

Q: What is your purpose in life?

A: My purpose in life is to bring the “inner you, out of you” I have been gifted many gifts however, one in which pertains to the field I am in gives me the pleasure of building confidence and helping those around me see their good and capitalize on them and learn to be real as it pertains to their shortcomings, yet still learn to grow through them.

Q: Why did you choose life coaching instead of another specialty?

A: The short term goal was to be a Life Coach, but long term I am working to become a Licensed Psychologist.

Q: What other trainings have you completed?

A: I have completed a variety of trainings including Personal Life Coach certification, Goal Setting Mastery, Designing a Lifestyle for Extraordinary Living, and Depression and Anxiety coaching. In addiction to countless trainings in a private sector I performed marital sessions with couples, worked with teens and adults that dealt with severe depression and suicidal thoughts. Also, counseled people that suffered from emotional and sexual abuse.

Q: What type of assessments do you use in therapy sessions?

A: The typical assessments I use are motivation and interest assessments, emotional intelligence assessments and strength assessments.

Q: How do you use the skills you have learned as a therapist in your own life?

A: In my personal life I have various Zoom calls throughout the day and run various businesses. I find myself taking more time than I’d normally have done before working as a life coach and spend more time listening to people that I’m interacting with throughout the day. It becomes easier the more I work with clients to listen more in my personal life.

Q: What do you do outside of work to maintain a healthy, well balanced life?

A: To maintain a healthy and well balanced life I invest TIME set aside for myself. I enjoy utilizing natural remedies to take care of my skin. I eat well nourished meals and plenty of fruits and vegetables. Also, I workout at least 3-4 times a week, if not more. All of the things above truly give me a chance to breathe outside of my day-to-day routine and contributes to my well-balanced lifestyle

Q: What advice would you have for someone who feels complacent in their life or profession?

A: It’s time to re-evaluate your life or work life. Life is all about evolving and elevating. Nothing stays the same. If we are not elevating (growing,) we may need to partner with a professional to further assist with meeting our needs.

Q: Lastly, how should a prospective client prepare for their first session?

A: Be ready to share a bit about your history in life and professional goals. Every client assessment is different. Depending on the growth areas of each client, we will customize a plan for action and follow accordingly.
