FOOD/BODY/SOUL GROUP:  These groups are designed to teach relaxation, promote movement and help clients become mindful of their body and appetite.  Mindful eating techniques are taught as a natural way to manage weight and emotional overeating.  Wear comfortable clothes to this group and a healthy, delicious meal is included. Yoga mats and water included.
