Angelik’s coaching experience has included campaign strategizing for individuals running for local and state government positions, divorce court coaching, and working with individuals experiencing institutional injustice. She has spent several years helping individuals and businesses organize protests, fight unfair lawsuits, strategize for removal of stressors to business and individual life, and formulate strategies for beating unjust treatment in court.
Angelik’s own experience with an unjust court system was the catalyst for her discovery of an ability to strategize and build a reputation for businesses and individuals dealing with stressors. In 2020, during her own experience in divorce court, Angelik was targeted by a judge who was subsequently removed from the bench due to abuse of power. Although she knew it seemed like a difficult feat to challenge a member of authority in an unfair institution, Angelik realized she could form a strategy to raise awareness for her family’s unfair treatment in the court system. Angelik’s work helped to uncover many other individuals who had experienced unfair and irrational treatment from this particular judge. This led to this judge’s investigation and ultimate removal from a position of power. After her own success fighting injustice, Angelik realized she could be a voice of hope and guide for others experiencing the same thing.
Since then, Angelik has helped parents who have unfairly had their children removed from the home, women dealing with unjust or unsubstantiated treatment in divorce court, and individuals in positions of power who want to form business growth strategies. She has been known to travel to where her clients need her, including to attend court or organize protests. Angelik is eager to provide tips for success to others and fight unjust systems in America.
William Richardson is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with three years of dedicated experience in the outpatient mental health field, including a graduate field placement that solidified his expertise. He is passionate about empowering clients to navigate their challenges and is committed to continuous learning to enhance his practice.
William's approach is highly integrated and client-focused, drawing from a variety of proven therapeutic styles. He primarily utilizes psychosocial, cognitive, and solution-oriented methods, with a focus on evidence-based practices such as:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Systems Theory, Exposure-Based Therapy, Problem-Solving & Psychoeducation.
For couples, William is a trained practitioner of the Gottman Methodology, an approach that emphasizes emotional reconciliation and improving communication. His commitment to advanced training is evidenced by his certifications in an Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) course and a Trauma-Informed course by Bessel Van der Kolk, as well as completing Level 1 of Gottman training. He also has specialized training in treating anxiety and identifying suicidal ideation.
William's practice is tailored to support a specific range of individuals, ensuring he can provide the most effective care. He prefers to work with older teens, young adults, and adults. While he has experience in helping parents regulate child behavior, his primary focus is on individuals who present with internalizing issues like anxiety and depression, or adjustment-based issues.
He is particularly effective with clients who are engaged in the therapeutic process and are open to exploring different approaches. To ensure the best possible therapeutic fit, William has thoughtfully identified areas where his expertise is limited, and he does not feel comfortable working with clients who present with psychotic issues, strong personality disorders (such as narcissistic or borderline), or intensive neurocognitive issues.
