Tiffany France, LPC
Tiffany is a Licensed Professional Counselor who provides individual, family, and group counseling. Tiffany has a passion for helping clients find their way forward through emotional issues, addictions, family conflict, and whatever chaos and joy life may bring. Life is complicated, but no matter what you're facing, you don't have to face it alone.
Counseling isn't just talking and “venting” about your problems. It's about finding ways to move forward in spite of those problems and finding peace and joy within yourself and your relationships. Tiffany loves helping individuals and families do just that. She enjoys working with lots of different types of people but especially enjoys teenagers and their families. She is skilled at helping individuals and families grow in their ability to communicate and relate to one another. She is laid back and approachable but will not hesitate to provide a gentle nudge or a hard shove to help you get where you are trying to go. Change is uncomfortable, but you wouldn't be looking for a counselor if everything was perfect.
Tiffany became a counselor because she is passionate about helping people know their own worth and find peace with themselves and the world around them. She feels privileged to journey alongside people as they become better, freer versions of themselves.
Tiffany specializes in mood disorders, substance use problems, family conflict, adjustment disorders, and impulse control disorders. She has experience implementing Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), The Seven Challenges model for substance use, family therapy, experiential therapies, strategic therapy, motivational interviewing, solution focused therapies, and cognitive behavioral approaches.
