The woman who fought against a corrupt judge (and won!)

Angelik Sims at a “Know Your Rights” discussion

Life Coach Angelik Sims has an interesting story about overcoming injustice.

Angelik has spent several years helping individuals and businesses organize protests, fight unfair lawsuits, strategize for removal of stressors to business and individual life, and formulate strategies for beating unjust treatment in court- after she herself was targeted in court and harassed online by Alabama judge Nikita Blocton.

Angelik’s own experience with an unjust court system was the catalyst for her discovery of an ability to strategize and build a plan for business owners and individuals experiencing stressors. In 2020, Angelik experienced the effects of systemic injustice when she found herself in divorce court, and was targeted by a judge who has now been found to have committed egregious acts of abuse of power and subsequently was removed from the bench. You can read a local news article about Judge Blocton’s removal here, and another in the New York Post here.

Although she knew it seemed like a difficult feat to challenge a member of authority in an unfair institution, Angelik had an important realization: she could form a strategy to raise awareness for her family’s unfair treatment in the court system. Angelik’s work helped uncover other individuals who had experienced unfair and irrational treatment from the same judge. She wasn't the only one. This led to the judge’s investigation and ultimate removal from a position of power. After her own success fighting injustice, Angelik realized she could be a voice and guide for others.

Since her win in court, Angelik has helped parents who have unfairly had their children removed from the home, women dealing with unjust or unsubstantiated treatment in divorce court, and individuals in positions of power who want to form business growth strategies. She has been known to travel to where her clients need her, including to attend court or organize protests. Angelik is eager to provide tips for success to others and continue the fight against unjust systems in America.
