After a successful 14-year career in IT, Forward Counseling’s provider Trina Rogers, LPC-A, returned to a calling shaped in childhood when she first witnessed unaddressed grief and mental health challenges in her community. Grounded in a trauma-informed framework that integrates CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, and Compassion-Focused Therapy, Trina approaches care as a collaborative partnership where adults can safely dismantle survival armor, navigate complex transitions, and rewrite their internal narratives. Below, our in-depth Q&A explores her clinical philosophy, multi-modality toolkit, and deep commitment to helping clients step into lasting mental wealth.
